Consultation Meeting
Our representatives will get in touch to understand your real estate needs, and offer project and plot options tailored to your preferences.
Site Visits
We'll arrange a site visit for you to see and verify the development in progress, accompanied by one of our team members to answer any questions.
Down Payment
After understanding the payment structure, you'll make a down payment to book your plot. In return, you will receive an official agreement.
Development Completion
Once the project is fully developed (typically a year from launch), we will register the plot under your name. The remaining payment will be required at this time.
Plot Possession
The plot will be formally registered in your name, and you can choose to build on it or resell it. Our team offers in-house reselling services.
