Pre-acquisition Survey
We survey several properties and examine paperwork to check if they align with regulations as well as our development and investment goals.
Acquisition and Launch
We acquire the property, and after a 4-6 month process of regulatory approvals, we officially launch the project for customers and investors.
Project Development
We complete the development of infrastructure and amenities at the project site with our team of contractors and supervisors.
